• Provide information about menu items, store policies, and Starbucks rewards program.
• Welcome customers in a friendly manner and determine their needs and preferences.
• Ensure that the work area, utensils, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
